We just bought this for my daughter for 11 months. We played with it with her for 2 weeks. This is a great toy to teach her about animals and the sounds they make. We have a great time lining them all up and asking her to choose the cow, pig, duck or rooster. We washed any of the pieces yet, but they seem very durable and I think could be easily cleaned with a cloth. also, the sounds are very realistic.
